Founded in 2006, St. Xavier’s Institute of Performing Arts (XIPA)

focuses on effective communicative and performance skills that are

life-enhancing. The Institute’s mission is to promote and foster the highest

calibre of artistic skills in individuals so that they achieve their full

potential as artists, musicians, and global citizens.

We believe that music, dance, drama, and literature helps people make

sense of their lives and profoundly influences the quality of their lives

alongside interpersonal communication. This makes us passionate about

movement, and the potency of performance as a means of expressing

Our innovative and effective curriculum teaches both Indian and Western

music, along with other forms of performing arts. Students are
